西班牙美食节于北京举办重磅活动周,助力高端西班牙美食深耕亚洲市场

本次活动以一场专属媒体午宴优雅启幕,吸引约30位北京主流媒体代表与美食意见领袖莅临。西班牙名厨Ager UrigüenDavid Montero与米其林一星主厨Miguel Ángel de la Cruz联袂设计了一套极具西班牙风情的品鉴菜单,西班牙知名侍酒师Alejandro Paadín则为每道菜品精心甄选配酒,全方位呈现西班牙产品的丰富品类与卓越品质。

 

本周活动期间,美食节还将推出系统化的专业活动矩阵,涵盖面向餐饮行业从业者的西班牙葡萄酒与美食专题研讨会。系列活动旨在深化专业人士对西班牙产品的认知,助力其在亚洲市场的精准定位,充分把握西班牙美食在华关注度持续升温的市场机遇。

 

本届西班牙美食节获得西班牙对外贸易投资促进局(ICEX)的鼎力支持,彰显公共机构与私营部门协同推进西班牙美食产品国际化的紧密合作。

北京丽思卡尔顿酒店(五星级)——京城奢华酒店业的标杆之作——作为本届美食节的承办场地,将陆续推出多场美食体验活动。宾客可在此品鉴经典西班牙料理,包括地道塔帕斯小食组合与标志性海鲜饭等代表性佳肴。

超越单纯的美食推广层面,西班牙美食节致力于构建西班牙产品国际化的战略平台,有效链接生产者、主厨、行业意见领袖与采购商等关键角色,为西班牙品牌进军亚洲等重点市场搭建高效通路。

 

 

SPANISH PANTRY FESTIVAL HOSTS A KEY WEEK IN BEIJING

TO BOOST PREMIUM SPANISH GASTRONOMY IN ASIA

Beijing (China), April 15, 2026 — The Spanish Pantry Festival (SPF) is hosting this week in Beijing a series of professional and gastronomic events aimed at strengthening the presence of premium Spanish cuisine in China, one of Asia's most dynamic and sophisticated markets, where interest in high-quality European products continues to grow.

The event kicked off with an exclusive press lunch attended by around 30 media representatives and influencers from Beijing. For the occasion, a distinctly Spanish menu was designed by Spanish chefs Ager Urigüen and David Montero, alongside Michelin-starred chef Miguel Ángel de la Cruz. The prestigious Spanish sommelier Alejandro Paadín selected Spanish wines to pair with the culinary experience, highlighting the diversity and exceptional quality of Spanish products.

Throughout the week, the festival is delivering a comprehensive program of professional activities, including specialized seminars on Spanish wines and gastronomy aimed at industry professionals. These sessions are designed to deepen product knowledge and support its positioning in the Asian market, in a context of growing interest in Spanish cuisine.

This edition of the Spanish Pantry Festival features the participation of ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, highlighting the close collaboration between public institutions and the private sector in promoting Spanish gastronomic products internationally.

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing 5*, one of the city's leading luxury hospitality landmarks, is hosting several gastronomic sessions where attendees can enjoy iconic Spanish dishes such as a selection of traditional tapas and the emblematic paella.
